Job Duties:
  •     Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information in professional manner
  •     Maintain confidentiality and integrity of documents and information received
  •     Draft letters and other documents
  •     Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
  •     Attends all meetings, distribute agenda prior meeting, takes effective and accurate minutes and actions, shares the meeting minutes to all participants through emails
  •     Maintain office diaries and archive official documents
  •     Effectively use office equipment and office supplies and maintains an organized, functional workspace
  •     Greets visitors in person in a courteous, professional and efficient manner
  •     Execute other related work as assigned

Competencies and Skills Needed:
  •     Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with both faculty and students
  •     Ability to multitask
  •     Excellent organizational skills
  •     Sense of service, and attention to detail
  •     Ability to work with diverse populations, with discretion at the highest level
  •     Must be able to work independently and as a part of a team
  •     Excellent oral and written English skills
  •     Experience with word and excel is required
  •     Knowledge of standard office procedures and equiptment
  •     Excellent organizational skills

Experience:
  • Previous administrative experience at a university in the UAE

Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is essential
