Job Duties:
  •     Interfaces with external customers to validate requirements, delivery, and customer care and to ensure that product enhancements and development based on modern technical solutions which meet business objectives.
  •     Acts as the initial point of contact for teams requesting modifications or new features to existing systems and ensure technical solutions are provided on time and to ISA’s quality standards.
  •     Provides after sale support and manage customer accounts for new or existing products or product lines.
  •     Plans projects in coordination with development center and ensure that implementation is as per the plan components and timeline.
  •     Manages products/programs/projects involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of a products or computer-based system to customers.
  •      Coordinates with product marketing to define product roadmaps, technical requirements, and product documentation.
  •     Presents entire collection of products and services offered by the company to the client in order to raise client’s awareness of company activities.
  •     Tracks product adoption and performance.
  •     Carry out technical and business analysis of all client requirements and subsequent recommendations.
  •     Leads an implementation team for new products and new clients and ensure that the contact with client is maintained and that their requests and requirements are met in timely manner.
  •     Meets agreed delivery dates for all clients within the timeline without any defect or compromising quality.
  •     Trains clients’ personnel and new staff on the newly delivered product and ensure their ability to run and operate the system.
  •     Works with Quality Assurance and Testing team to ensure products meet clients and industry standard requirements.
  •     Conducts product demonstrations for internal and external customers. Supports customer questions, beta and usability testing.
  •     Develops product implementation and customer support plans consistent with product launch.
  •     Identification and qualification of new sales within customer portfolio. Promotes upselling of ISA products to the existing customers.
  •     Managing client’s satisfaction through implementation of projects and technologies ensuring migration to full production environment.
  •     Perform regular review meetings with clients to ensure they receive timely and quality services.
  •     Be in constant touch with clients to better understand their business needs and ways to provide services that add value to clients business.
  •     Participate in the Technical Review of the IT solution being implemented in the organizational level.
  •     Advise, negotiate, and facilitate communication between technical personnel, vendors, managers, and business user groups in order to ensure the efficient design, development, and implementation of information systems.
  •     Maintain a thorough knowledge of the changes requests being raised by different clients, prepare scope and detailed requirements and share them to technical staff and update senior management with the progress of the business critical change requests.
  •     Ability to present at senior levels and have first level consulting capability on the service requests raised by the clients.
  •     Facilitates the creation of communication plans, ensuring that appropriate information is exchanged among key stakeholders. Identifies and recommends contingency measures.
  •     Ensuring accounts receivables are kept under tight control.
  •     Managing all contractual aspects of client’s relationship.
  •     Act as advocate for the customer within ISA and be able to influence within ISA in the matrix organizational structure.
  •     Create, maintain and execute account plans for key customers.
  •     Achieve annual revenue and new sales targets within the assigned client portfolio.
  •     Responsible for introducing company-wide KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) so as to ensure ISA team members are fully briefed about the current and future direction of the company and its related growth momentum.

Job Requirements:
  •     Advanced computer software skills and project management.
  •     Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneously; ability to delegate work to subordinate employees; proven leadership ability.
  •     Strong ability to manage and measure work,
  •     Ability to negotiate skilfully in tough situations.
  •     Ability to win concessions without damaging relationships with clients.

Education and Experience:
  •     Bachelor degree in IT or business administration with 7 years’ experience 5 of which in account management, development and project management- supervisory experience preferred.
