Job Requirements:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent communication skills in English is a must & Arabic is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience:
  • At least 2 years, including 1 year experience in similar business operations.

Job Duties:
  • Provide excellent customer service to improve relationship with customers
  • Respond to fax, mail, e-mail from customers for all lines of business
  • Participate in ongoing training
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
  • Ensure that policy documents along with any other materials are delivered to the customer according to ADNIC's quality standards
  • Complete all transactions referred from our Call Center and Branch’s front desk
  • Maintain a full track of daily activities (inflow and outflow) and capture all necessary details
  • Deliver a high level of customer service (including quality checking) for issuance of documents, including policy, endorsements and cards to the customers/brokers etc.
