Job Requirements:

  •     High School or Diploma  
  •     Excellent English skills both reading and writing, strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office especially outlook, word and excel.
  •     Very presentable with a pleasant voice
  •     Arabic is an advantage
  •     Ability to multi task
  •     0-2 years experience with customer oriented skills

Job Duties:
  •     Display a polite, friendly and professional behaviour while dealing with all visitors.
  •     Managing the reception area, greeting visitors, handling inquiries from the public and providing information relating to the company.
  •     Able to handle multi-line telephone calls i.e., answering and appropriately routing calls, with courtesy, speed and accuracy. Ensuring that the messages left are timely conveyed to the concerned person
  •     Handling office correspondence i.e., keeping a record of all incoming and outgoing couriers and faxes
  •     Booking of conference rooms for various business meetings.
  •     Maintaining and timely updating the contact details of all the tenants in the mall and of all the staff members in the office.
  •     Ensuring that the complaints relating to the maintenance (A.C., Electricity, water etc) of individual tenants in the mall are recorded and timely conveyed to the concerned person for prompt actions.
  •     Collecting and maintaining clips of advertisements and articles from newspapers and magazines relating to real estate companies and shopping malls for future reference.
  •     Assisting other departments with overflow work including data entry and internet research tasks.
  •     Managing the company's general email account.
