Job Description
  •     Function as a Nakheel representatives on events and for delegations
  •     Take over the Manager responsibilities in the absence of delegation Manager
  •     Provide assistance to Manager in preparation/during VIP visits

Job Requirements:
  •     Knowledge of protocol procedures and hospitality background
  •     Multilingual  - Arabic (essential) and English
  •     Excellent presentation skills
  •     Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  •     Excellent organizational and time management skills
  •     Team Player – Team Player – Team Player
  •     Motivated self-starter and work on own initiative
  •     Knowledge of all Master developments in Dubai and the Region
  •     Well organized with good time management skills
  •     Multilingual – Arabic & English essential
  •     Profound knowledge of protocol etiquette
  •     University degree or relevant experience
  •     Fluent in foreign languages
  •     Knowledge of all master development and the real estate market
  •     Tourism and hospitality background

Job Context & Complexity
  • Within the context of Marketing, Sales and Customer Service Department

Boundaries & Decision making Authority:
  • Decision Making: entitled for boat trip bookings and confirming presentations

Job Duties:
  •     Provide daily / monthly reports on all presentations and boat trips
  •     Give a complete presentation on Nakheel Projects depending on visitors’ background
  •     Update /document and maintain contacts with government authorities
  •     Create internal news messages on all visitors to Nakheel – with pictures and text
  •     Design special presentations to VIP guests according to their request
  •     Coordinate for all boat trips bookings and site tours arrangements
  •     Assist the Delegation Manager in all planning and operations
  •     Approve all boat trips and site visits in the absence of Delegation Manager
  •     Handle all theatre bookings request
  •     Give the Nakheel Projects Presentations to special background delegations
