Job Requirements:

  •     A minimum of 4 - 6 years' experience in customer’s' management, interaction, handling, following on actions and communication in English
  •     Basic knowledge in simple financial management and cash handling
  •     Excellent communication skills, both personal and technological, with a demonstrated ability to Excel under pressure od deadlines and customers' demands
  •     Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  •     Fluent in English reading, writing and conversation

Job Duties:
  •     Ownership of the Community interests, concerns, service quality issues. The guardian on the community rights
  •     Point of call for the Community residents within the assigned community or communities
  •     Oversee the Community users as a whole in cooperation with other business units
  •     Accommodate site inspections and visits
  •     Accurate monthly/weekly reporting on the community matters, concerns and wellness.
  •     Dealing with daily tasks such as issuing No-abjection-Certificates for activities requested by customers, third party developers and owners
  •     Comfortable with revising, updating, and explaining documentations to customers and their parties
  •     Handle financial inquiries about service charges breakdown, model , penalties .. etc
