Business Experts Gulf offers skilled expertise and experience and different environmental understanding which is considered as our greatest strength that will be provided to our clients in a way that fits their individual business needs and demands.

• Deep knowledge of SQL & scripting
• Microsoft CRM Certification, preferred
• 4+ years experience implementing CRM
• Experience with at least one core business process of CRM
• Functional expertise in CRM and Consulting organization experience is a must
• Experience with integration and 3rd party add on modules
• Experience with reporting tools: .Net, C#, VB.Net, SQL SSRS and integration to ERPs
• Knowledge of CRM customization tools - MUST
• Ability to perform CRM demonstrations
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills (English)
• A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

Job Duties:
• Perform business requirements analysis and design
• Perform gap analysis between CRM functionality and client's requirements
• Identify and recommend product customization, enhancements or work-around to meet client.
• Install and configure CRM modules (Sales, Marketing and Service)
• Train users on new business processes and using CRM
