Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/commerce or BA with specialization in Sales/Marketing

Minimum Experience:
• Bachelor degree of Technology/Engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience

Job Specific Skills:-
• Excellent computer and presentation skills
• Time management skills

Key Responsibilities:-
• Responsible to prepare, edit and administrate contracts with suppliers, including scope of works and tenders
• Develop and maintains a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all project phases
• Custodian of  project documents
• Manage and maintain of Extra Net (ERP) activities of projects and back up
• Ensure coordination of the interfaces of R&D, Marketing, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, Legal Operations and all disciplines within Engineering & Projects department
• Responsible for collection drawings from all parties and tracking project changes
• Responsible to take input from the project engineers to develop and maintain the detailed schedule
• Ensure adherence to deadline
• Responsible to update and maintain schedule data
• Create and maintain project plan
• Develop and maintain formal communication plan to both team members and management
• Update management on the progress of ongoing projects
• Support the integration of project and contract management system into the daily operation of the business
• Assist the Project Manager with evaluating schedule impacts arising from sourcing decisions
• Clearly communicate roles, expectations, and accountability to all team members on a regular basis
• Perform project progress monitoring duties including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts with progress achieved to date
